1st attempt Failed. 2nd—CLIPS ALL OUT OF ORDER!

The first time I tried to use the app on a full project. It took 3.5 hours to process and then failed to transfer to fcpX. The second time I tried to just convery a single sequence with nothing but a multiclip in it. It made it to fcpX, but only after the clips were de-synced and all out of order!
What a Waste of Money! What a Waste of Time! I could have reconstructed the whole * project by now!!
Id like my money back please. Ive received nothing I was led to expect.
