Ok… It actually works! FCP 6 to FCP X

Ok great news. Today I actually read the directions, and the translation program worked like a charm. I migrated a friends rather long(60mins+) with a zillion clips and transitions in an FCP 5 project into FCP 6 and then throught this product into FCPX.

I think my biggest problem was just getting used to the new FCPX. I wasnt used to how it manages events separate from projects. Anyway, dont worry about it, it just works, and there were very few glitches. Just a couple of frame crop errors that were easily adjusted in FCPX.
